Smoking/Vaping
No Smoking or Vaping inside the Inn, Restaurant and Tavern. A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged for Smoking or Vaping indoors. There are designated areas outside for smoking.
Dogs
We are pleased to welcome dogs into some of our guest rooms: the Hyde Away House, Fireplace, M2 and M3, with a fee of $35/night/dog and the following guidelines:
- Pet owners agree to keep their dog “under control” while the pet is in any public place on the grounds.
- Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended for extended periods of time.
- Pet owners agree to keep their pet off all furniture.
- A fee of up to $200 may be assessed for excessive cleaning required.
- Pet owners agree to clean up after their dog, and deposit in the dumpster.
- Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) for personal injury or property damage caused by pet and agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand.
- Pet owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend HAI Hospitality, Inc dba Hyde Away, its owners and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by pet.
