Its local vibe coupled with uneven floors and outstanding french onion soup, made it a perfect transition from the weekly grind into the classic Vermont experience known as Sugarbush. Aside from the attractive bar staff, there were a few things that stood out to me about The Hyde Away. Naturally the first things was the local vibe and old-school VT tavern feel.
